Project Deliverables and Outputs

The SLERA project expects to achieve the following results:

  • Selection of 10 good practices through the analysis of data collected during the investigation phase (city study case) involving different cities in the various countries identified.
  • Implementation of a multimedia platform based on the Learning Management System with three different features (SLERA EDU; SLERA CHECK UP; SLERA DSS) and related instruction manual.

Three different tools:

  • SLERA EDU: e-learning tool consisting of a training course dedicated to traders
  • SLERA CHECK UP: tool capable of cataloging merchant’s products by uploading a data set
  • SLERA DSS (Decision Support System): tool capable of releasing an action plan for social media starting from the list of products obtained from the Check-up module
  • Training that provides about 100 small traders/sellers with capabilities to use the multimedia social selling platform.
