Aim and Objectives
SLERA aims to create a digital platform for training and interactive exchange between small traders, in order to develop digital and multimedia skills and competences for professional uses.
Specific objectives of the project are:
- To bring a digital transformation to internal rural areas through developing resilience and skills as a tool to combat depopulation and lack of services and ensuring their growth, sustainbility and future.
- To adapt vocational training to the demands of the labour market, in particular digital skills, which enable the achievement of positive results in terms of personal and professional satisfaction.
- To promote inclusion and diversity facing with the marginalization of the so-called “peripheral” areas with respect to access to services and other opportunities, such as work, social interaction, culture.
SLERA helps rural traders access digital tools and basic online skills so they can improve their business visibility.
We train small traders to create simple content, promote products, and connect with customers through social media.
SLERA provides easy-to-use tools and learning material that help rural communities grow and stay competitive.
