The SLERA project activities were officially lunched during the first transnational meeting held in Sulmona on 2-3 May, hosted and coordinated by PM LINAE. The meeting was an opportunity to introduce the staff of the partner organizations and create a common understanding regarding the project objectives, goals and results. Moreover, project management and implementation, roles and responsibilities were also reviewed, providing information on activities and working methodology by the coordinator. In addition, the meeting was an opportunity to introduce the partners to the KPIs that will be used to monitor the progress of the project in relation to the objectives set.
